Amy Johnson is a professional photographer specializing in fast-moving subjects - primarily dogs and wildlife. She is the official photographer at a variety of major dog sport events including AKC’s National Agility Championship and USDAA’s Cynosport World Games. She has spent countless hours photographing birds in flight, from Ospreys in Florida to Great Gray Owls at home in Minnesota. As a former math teacher, Amy brings a structured approach to breaking down complex camera technology. She currently shoots with Canon mirrorless systems, though she also has experience with Nikon and Sony platforms. This multi-brand experience helps her explain concepts in ways that work for whatever equipment you're using.
